What to Expect

We believe an informed client is a confident client. Here is exactly what happens from your first enquiry through to your beautiful results.

  1. Consultation & Design

    We assess your brow shape, facial structure, and colour. Using brow mapping, we design the perfect arch and thickness for your face — nothing is permanent until you're happy with the template.

  2. Patch Test

    A patch test is required at least 48 hours before your treatment to check for any reactions to the pigment. Book this as a separate appointment or with your consultation.

  3. Treatment

    Using a sterile microblading tool, we create fine hair-like strokes in the superficial layers of skin, depositing pigment with each pass. The treatment takes approximately 2–2.5 hours including design time.

  4. Healing & Top-Up

    Brows go through a natural healing cycle over 4–6 weeks — some initial darkening followed by softening. A top-up appointment at 6–12 weeks (£150) is recommended to perfect the results.

12–18 months on average, depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Oily skin types tend to fade faster. A top-up appointment at 6–12 weeks sets the colour, and annual refreshes maintain the look.
Most clients rate the discomfort as very low. A topical numbing cream is applied before treatment, and the sensation is typically described as light scratching. Clients with very sensitive skin may feel more awareness, but pain is rarely reported.
Microblading suits most skin types, though it works best on normal to dry skin. It's not suitable for clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, on blood thinners, or with certain skin conditions. We'll discuss your full medical history at consultation.
For the first 7–10 days: keep brows dry, avoid sweating, swimming, sun exposure, and do not pick or peel. Use the aftercare balm provided. Full written aftercare instructions are given at your appointment.
