  1. Style Consultation

    We discuss the eyeliner style that suits your eye shape and lifestyle — from a barely-there lash enhancement to a classic or winged liner. The design is drawn on for approval before any work begins.

  2. Patch Test

    Required 48 hours prior to your treatment to confirm pigment suitability. Book alongside your consultation or as a separate brief appointment.

  3. Treatment

    Topical numbing cream is applied to the eyelid area. Using a sterile SPMU device, pigment is carefully deposited along the lash line or eyelid. You'll remain fully relaxed — we take care of precision throughout.

  4. Healing & Top-Up

    Eyeliner appears bolder immediately after treatment and softens over 4–6 weeks. Some flaking is normal during healing. A top-up at 6–12 weeks (£95) perfects symmetry and density.

Yes. When performed by a trained, qualified SPMU artist in a regulated clinical environment, semi-permanent eyeliner is safe. We use sterile, single-use equipment and CE-marked pigments. A patch test is mandatory to rule out any pigment reactions.
The eyelid area is numbed with topical anaesthetic cream before treatment. Most clients are surprised at how comfortable the process is — the sensation is typically described as light pressure. We take breaks as needed and monitor your comfort throughout.
Between 2 and 3 years on average. Oily eyelids or use of certain skincare products (retinol, AHAs) near the eye area can accelerate fading. Annual top-ups keep the definition looking fresh.
